Data provided in our contact form or quote request
In order to answer our users’ queries, we store users’ data they have filled in contact forms and quote requests. In particular this may include first and last name, e-mail address and phone number as well as resume. We also retain the IP address of the sender. This data is retained for a duration of 12 months. However, as part of our fighting spamming practices, if spamming or repeated abusive form-filling occur, we will retain the IP address for an indeterminate duration in order to ban the abusive user. Data is used for commercial purposes when coming from a quote request or commercial information request. They are transmitted to third parties only when said third parties are involved as subcontractors. They are then submitted to the same privacy rules as SPIRIT FRANCE and cannot transmit, reuse or retain data outside of the privacy and data usage agreement concluded between the user and SPIRIT FRANCE.
Data provided for the subscription to the newsletter
When subscribing to the newsletter, provided data, i.e. e-mail address and optionally first and last name, are retained for an undetermined duration if the user doesn’t take any specific action. Once the subscription has been validated by the user, they can terminate it at any point in time. If the subscription is terminated, the data is deleted.
Data provided for online purchases
User account data, purchases details, delivery address are retained for an unlimited duration. The user can access, modify or delete their data through their user account. When deleting one’s account all the linked data is deleted from the website. We inform the users that once the data is deleted they will not have access to their bills or the history of their purchases on the website anymore.
For accounting purposes, billing data will however be retained for 10 years by SPIRIT FRANCE starting at the balance sheet date.
